Switch off voice mail

I have a samsung g600 the problem i have is that when my phone rings i barely have time to answer it before voicemail takes over is there any way i can switch voicemail off so that my phone rings until i answer it help please

Which network are you on? Some allow you to increase the number of rings before voicemail kicks in.

It's worthing ringing them to ask - I know Tmobile can do it. Just ask if they can increase the number of rings before your voicemail kicks in.

This should work for Vodafone where the 30 is the number of seconds before it diverts

The time can be altered in 5 second steps and be set between 5 and 30 seconds long.

* Enter * * 61 * 121
* followed by your mobile number without the first zero - for example - 7774 477 000
* followed by * 10 *
* then insert length between 5 -> 30
* then # send.

For example **61*1217774477000*10*25# SEND would set it at 25 seconds.

Some phones may also allow you to change it via the call divert settings.

Usually it's the divert when unavailable/not answered setting

Some have a "to voicemail" option, and the option to set a delay of x seconds.
