To point i'm trying make is that the bill is so loosly worded, to the effect that ANYTHING they feel is a threat to american interests can be acted on, when have america not felt threatened? take the stand your ground law for example.

Context (and not being an arse when tweeting) is all - perhaps they are a little sensitive after losing 3000 people the last time someone said this....
People have the right to tweet what they want - the US has the right so say "you're not coming in"....
btw, I asked how someone could be extradited for having a point of view - your example showed the opposite*...
*they weren't allowed in....
