To point i'm trying make is that the bill is so loosly worded, to the effect that ANYTHING they feel is a threat to american interests can be acted on, when have america not felt threatened? take the stand your ground law for example. |
Context (and not being an arse when tweeting) is all - perhaps they are a little sensitive after losing 3000 people the last time someone said this....
People have the right to tweet what they want - the US has the right so say "you're not coming in"....
btw, I asked how someone could be extradited for having a point of view - your example showed the opposite*... 
*they weren't allowed in....
