I take it you have, by now, had at least one of your portions of the Dark Nectar, Did the dietician say which size bottle could be used as a portion?

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Just cooked my very first meal in my new living space. Fresh salmon fillet, home made chips (cooked healthily in my new actifry) and cherry tomatoes on the side. My microwave has a convection oven/Grill built into it. I just selected fish on the automatic menu, then the weight and it works out the cooking time automatically. A little salt and pepper on the top of the fish with a little knob of butter and it came out beautifully

Back home afer a week in London and I'm now Casper certified. Even though the trainer said he'd never seen anyone get so angry in an exam in all his life !!!
Couple of weeks at home now and then off to San Francisco for a fortnight

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Yes really looking forward to him coming home already preparing his favourite meal Rogan josh plus he has not seen the kitchen finished yet. The only down side is telling him that his Granny is not too well at the moment, he did ask but did not see the point in telling him this news while he was on holiday with his GF. I wanted him to fully enjoy his break worry free.
