Very Happy with customer services today

As the title suggests I was very happy after contacting customer services today. I received the email from VM making me aware of my bill and I was finally not happy with how much I was paying for my services. I had said to my wife in the past that although we love the service we get things are getting a bit steep. I'm aware that VIP customers get the best discount but it's only good value for money if you use all the features of the package.

After discussing with customer services we no longer need Sky Sports and we don't really use the landline all that much at all as our mobiles serve us better I got a great deal. I must add that we have an additional box in the kids bed room.

So after 20 mins on the phone VM offered me 60Mb broadband, XL TV, talk weekends, Sky movies HD, TiVo and 2 additional boxes for £98 per month. This was much better than £114 for VIP with an additional box.

Very friendly and understanding VM rep on the phone. Broadband is very nippy. More than happy to stay with VM for another 12 months.
