Re: EXTREMELY poor internet please help!

Seems to be OK now, anyone know what could have caused these slow speeds?

Your power levels are fine and your upload at 3Mb is normal so the may be an area fault causing the issue if you have already changed settings on the Superhub.

Have you tried calling the Outage line on 0800 561 0061 or if no joy there you will need to call technical support.

Probably an area issue as above.

As Masque hasn't mentioned which settings he presumes you have already changed, just in case you haven't.

Go back into the hub GUI and click on advanced settings and disable IP flood detection and disable the firewall.

If you have a windows PC then windows firewall is more than adequate.

His first post already mentions changing the settings that he has seen elsewhere in the first post and it is more likely to be a outage than the settings.
