Sky Atlantic crap - I don't think so, season 2 of Game of THrones begins Monday, the TV highlight of the year.
Clearly you have a chip on your shoulder regarding Sky and that prejudices your opinion on the programmes offered by Sky Atlantic.
Have a go at Sky all you like but that does not make the programmes bad.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin TV (2012) Vol. 1
If Sky Atlantic ends up costing me more, I will not be happy. Generally speaking I watch very few of the SKY channels. The odd Living & Sky one ,now and again Sky News. I understand why people want as many channels as they can get , however "the other mans grass is always greener" keeps coming to mind.

Non sports fans would not choose to have free ESPN on XL and could moan about the cost of it. But that's how Pay TV works; we all pay for things we don't watch but don't get upset and bleat about it.
You could start Itshim TV with only the channels you like. It would be interesting to see how many subscribers you get.

You are correct. However it does not negate my point & I am with you on ESPN - don`t want that either !!! How ever I do not think it added to the cost With two exceptions all I want is on L. As the grand children get older I will not want them at all.
Then goodbye TiVo ( can not have it on L - can you?) goodbye XL hello money.
As I have said before - not that it will ever happen would prefer if they offered a pick & mix service - Then I wonder how many channels would fall away

Exactly but Virgin seem to think this will bring them a flood of new customers but l think thry are misplaced yet again with their assumption of what they think we want and what we actually want from them.
