Question v Card

Hi

Have been bought a Samsung phone registered with virgin.Trying to use the phone via bluetooth but cannot import tel numbers unless I have a v Card. Can anyone please tell me what these are and how to apply .

It sounds like you haven't installed the Samsung PC software correctly. There should be a way to do a proper sync of the contacts without using V Cards

Although probably depends what Contacts program you are using on the PC
