Well funnily enough after sending that request, I just got mine upgraded to 60 in the B93 area.

Re: Areas already upgraded (2012 double speed upgrades)
Speed-doubled to 100Meg in Gravesend (Area 06). I get 105Meg down, 5Meg up, direct from VMG300 modem. 93Meg through Netgear WNR2000 router (VM supplied). I have requested a free Superhub, to give it a try. Don't need wireless, so will just use it as a modem / wired router. If the wired routing is not much cop, will upgrade to something like an Asus N56U and use SH in modem-only mode.

Can I remind members that this thread is purely about the upgrades and not about whether any VM equipment is good or bad.

Re: Areas already upgraded (2012 double speed upgrades)
Grimsby (or at least my part of Grimsby - UBR/Headend - grim17-2-0) has been upgraded. I'm not one of those who requested an early upgrade.
Original Speed was 30Mb, now on 60Mb - upload not upgraded yet.
Speed test below:

Re: Areas already upgraded (2012 double speed upgrades)
Just checked with some relatives who are on Virgin Cable - they're on 10Mb - and it appears they haven't been upgraded yet, so it looks like it's still being rolled out here in Grimsby.

Wasn't upgraded until tonight some time, still using VMG300 so hoping to get SHub soon to fire into modem mode.

you have proved that you can get 100mbit so why do you want a shub? It isnt going to make it go any faster.

Thats like wanting to change from a sports car to a shiny new lada. The VMNG300 can handle what you can throw at it, the Superhub can handle what the average user might throw at it but will struggle when you tax it.

Remember guys that this is purely about areas that the upgrade has been completed in and not about the usual shub v vmg300 argument
