Exactly and if they do come in the Autumn one would expect to get the full bouquet of HD channels.

I don't think we should say 'never'. The landscape for these things is always changing. Sky have already said that it will eventually be available via Now TV, so the distribution of Atlantic is going to get wider than a standard Sky TV subscription.

The way Virgin Media sign deals are mad I mean look that last December Virgin launch CBS Action but did not launch CBS Drama.

Maybe the tests that appear today is just for Red Button channels for Paralympic that will start next week.

I think 'test 3 itv' may stand for 'test 3 interactive tv'.

We got ITV1 HD, STV HD, UTV HD, Dave HD and Channel 5 HD plus more from launch so maybe or maybe not.

It also said on FB more info coming soon , I believe the trailer didn't mention which platform it was arriving on also , we only know it's coming on Sky as it was announced in a Sky financial presentation last year.

This is the TCM that doesn't even currently broadcast in Widescreen; so you get W/S films in a 4:3 window? Shouldn't they spend money on fixing that first?

TCM is broadcast in many European countries. They probably have to use 4:3 for compatibility in the countries that don't have widescreen SD. An HD version will give them widescreen without breaking SD.

Comedy Central did the same, then 6 month later went 16:9 on all channels.
