Re: Science Fiction, Fantasy, and other Snippets
Wolverine does look fantastic.
I have a feeling next summer is going to be as good as this year has for some big movies.
Star Trek and Terminator will be the highlights of my summer

I just noticed that they have been released as 'pre-air' copies - they are not officially due to be shown until January ....

Which means that they may be parts of the episodes missing. It's what usually happens with pre-airs.

Its not always scenes that are missing from pre-airs. Normally its sound effects, special effects, music or all of the above.

Being Human starts Sunday..

Let's hope that if this gets cancelled that the ending isn't a cliffhanger.

Unlikely, as one is on a pay-TV channel and the other is free to air. BBC3 has a far larger potential audience and is less likely to take a hit from something else being on Sky. I would have said that there is a greater risk to Sky, to be honest. Plus, of course, ratings take account of time-shift viewing, so anyone who records either of these shows (whether by VCR, DVD or PVR) will be counted in the final figure for that show's audience.

Hasn't everyone downloaded the entire series of Lost by now off t'internet?
Anyway tis as Chris says..Both channels are not immediately available to everyone, everywhere so it's not going to be a problem for most as BBC programmes are available either to download on BBC's player or on VOD for those of us who have gone digital with VM.
Personally I hate Lost as it's too damned confusing, even more so since the hiatus..
