I've got a silver Samsung box, its been fine so far (I've probably jinxed it now !)
Both TV and Broadband.

I've just got a new silver box. Looks nice and no problems in the first hour....... - just need to replace the black tv and convince linksys to make a silver router .
Does anyone know how to access the diagnostic screens (just in case)?

Just got my new Samsung box today. Bloke turned up out of the blue and installed it. It's very nice. Most of the buttons work as well

Ignoring the smutty content......yes he did. Lovely chap. 'Course he gave me the wrong PID so I couldn't get my BB up and running till I 'd phoned tech support to get the proper PID.....
