Hereford beef rump steaks medium rare in my iron griddle pan. Onion rings, mushrooms in same. Oven chips and battered onion rings. Peas and sauces.

Loads of wild garlic growing everywhere atm, free food ! Chopped it up made it into a pesto, poured over tagliatelle, bit of parmesan , a few pine nuts, glass or 3 of chardonnay. Perfect.
