It's not very good for ironing though

Technically, if i took the stand off, no reason it wouldn't be... it wouldn't work afterwards however (or ever again)

Before 2PM you mainly see Jethro and Cletus's family shuffling around.

You are always exceeding expectations, so if anyone can, you can...

Re: What have you just bought?
I decided to buy my 1st DSLR camera so I bought the Nikon D5600 kit that comes with a AF-P DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-f5.6G VR lens.
In a few months I'll get the 55-300mm lens.

Very nice. I haven't been able to get out much to use mine, and tend to use the RX100v lately. But when I do use the DSLR I use the 50mm prime more than any of my other lenses. The zoom on the 300mm is fun but lacks quality at the top end. If you do get the 300mm then get a good tripod, don't rely on the VR too much. (And disable VR when you do use a tripod).

Re: What have you just bought?
New battery for the car: Exide 53 Ah £70 delivered. I could get one locally but it's bound to be more expensive.
Old one is 9 years old (OEM) so not too bad.
