I just came across this post on another forum. Maybe it does automatically switch?

That's another advantage of WD TV Live over Roku--it can output Netflix, VUDU, etc as 24p.

However it doesn't automatically switch to 24P output for 24P sources.

AFAIK it does just that. It's not like the Panasonic BDPs, where there's a setting for turning 24p on and off that you have to access and turn on when you're running a streaming video app. If you set the HDMI resolution system setting to "Auto" it gives you a setting "Match Video Framerate" which can be set On or Off. Alternatively you can make it output everything as 1080p24. Since this 7 y/o panel cannot accept 24p input my AVR takes over and converts to 60 Hz.

How is that brilliant news Den?? Homeland was on Ch4, so i for one would like it to stay on a channel that i don't need to pay for.

Re: Netflix/Streaming Services
All they've done is got the streaming rights to the show. Channel 4 still have the broadcast rights to it.

New Update
Watching Netflix on Tivo with the new update. A lot smoother and seems faster. One thing I have noticed is that Super HD is no longer listed, but when info button is pressed it shows that it is still using 1080p

Re: Netflix/Streaming Services
Is there any benefit to using Netflix on the Tivo to using it on the Xbox One, i am guessing an Xbox One would have a super fast interface compared to the Virgin box?
Is it cheaper getting Netflix through Virgin?

Netflix is the same price unless you get an offer like 6 months free.
Netflix is 1080p HD on Tivo, not sure about Xbox version, but on the Wii the picture isn't in HD but still good.

I much prefer the new UI over the old one , I use it on my PS4 and Roku 3.
