Yes l don't have any sugar on my cereals as they say there is enough in the vast majority of cereals anyway.

Tea with just a dash of semi skimmed milk, but if it's a coffee it's lots of milk with 2 sweetener for me. I just can't drink coffee unless it's weak and sweet.

Where for me it's the other way round, tea I have a little skimmed milk and no other way where as coffee I can drink any way possible from black all the way to being made with all milk
