Well l am no expert but the rollout l suspect will be gradual and could take weeks.

What does the date next to the movies on sky movies on demand mean? Thought it was the date they were available until but don't think so

There should be US series on there as well. Sky have been buying all their shows with on demand rights just to keep Virgin Media viewers unable to view these programmes in the past. So I don't think there should be a problem here.
