Yes its a fantastic song
Try the original version - Pink Floyd, "The Wall" album 1979
you may find the early parts a bit down tempo compared to the cover version, but hang on about 12 minutes, the Dave Gilmour guitar break makes up for that.

After a few listens it is quite good some tracks sound quite chili like and some others are just strange. out of his other 3 it is the best one. http://www.johnfrusciante.com official site. You can sample some of the tracks.
