the thing is USf1 were the first new team in and started a year before the others and still can't make the grid.
Virgin and Lotus are there with cars testing and doing ok. Campos is still a worry as they haven't paid the bill to Dallara for the car. Hope Campos do make it.
Shame the FIA never went for prodrive or Stefan GP
