Just had a pork and veggie (more like veggie and bit of pork) curry at work canteen. Bit industrial - problem is chef can't go outside what he is told to do but I know he can to much better.
(Will have a home cooked chicken and tamarind curry tonight - I know that will be better as I cooked it myself)

Lamb leg steaks seasoned with garlic, rosemary and mint. Oven baked. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed carrots, leeks and white cabbage. Gravy made with lamb steak juices and a lamb stock cube.
