Why don't you have a look at the review in this post it was quite good.

Still waiting for your suggestions as to a more useful phone that fits my requirements by the way.

Re: The iPhone thread
If it helps anyone, the new itunes wouldn't initially recognise my 4s with iOS 7 but rebooting my computer sorted that.

Re: The iPhone thread
iOS 7 is well worth the upgrade if your device can handle it. It's not just a lot better looking than past versions, it's simply much better all round with a far superior Notification Centre, a new Control Centre, and various other improvements.
It's so much better than the massive let down that was iOS 6 ("ooh, Apple Maps, plus now the iPad has Siri ")

Re: The iPhone thread
Mine took 33 mins - on my 16mb connection (it was 750mb) I suspect the servers will now be being hammered

Re: The iPhone thread
Just found an interesting (yet pretty useless) feature, if you tilt the homescreen from side to side or up and down the icons move slightly, giving it a "3D" effect

Its gone down to 45 minutes now so it isn't very accurate. I'm not too fussed about getting it, just interested to see what the hype is about.

Re: The iPhone thread
Not as long as you do a back-up in iTunes beforehand.

Re: The iPhone thread
I tried for 5 mins but obviously the servers are under extreme loading right now. I'll leave it a day or two.

Or back up to iCloud.
If you do use iTunes, you *must* update to the new version first. Although the previous version can update a device to iOS7, it may not restore a back up to an iOS 7 device.

Re: The iPhone thread
Managed to get it down onto my iPhone 4S, my ipad 2 and 4 last night, I quite like it and the new style but it's going to take some getting used to!
