This is great news if it happens!
Just like the aircraft at Bruntigthorpe are kept in good enough condition to perform fast taxi runs, imagine seeing Concorde speed down the runway. It would be amazing!

Dutch police spokesman: "He was very relieved to be arrested"
A Swedish pilot without a valid licence to fly has been arrested at Amsterdam as he was about to fly a jet with 101 passengers to Turkey, Dutch police say.

Re: Plane Spotters Corner
I've just been discovering videos of some FPV (First Person View) RC planes. It looks like great fun.

Red arrows have had a slight accident at their Crete training base
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/l...re/8583263.stm

A Red Arrows pilot has been taken to hospital after a mid-air crash between two planes during a training exercise in Crete.
The pilot ejected from the aircraft following the collision over Hellenic Air Force Base in Kastelli during a pre-season exercise.
A Foreign Office spokeswoman confirmed the pilot had been taken to hospital.
Another member of the RAF aerobatic team, based at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire, landed safely.
