Re: What have you just bought?
A replay long sleeve t shirt and replay shirt from zalando (both heavily discounted, would certainly not have paid full price for them)

A small tub of Sainsbury's Taste The Difference salted caramel and honeycomb ice cream. Just suddenly got a desire for some decadent dessert for tonight.

My last luxury for a while.
I bought an Amazon Echo Auto.
You connect it to your account and control your home automation from the car

Did you buy it from Amazon as there are offers on their devices for today only.

Yes, I saw that.
Bought a Fire Stick at half price, and a refurbed 28" TV (LG 28TL510V from RicherSounds via Amazon) for our bedroom (current one is over 12 years old, 19" with a built in DVD player).
TV was £129, Fire Stick £19.99 = 28" smart(ish) HD (720p) TV instead of a 19" SD TV for under £150 - result.

I paid £40 on Amazon.
The only bug is it doesn't play music on the phone and connects to the cars stereo, so you can only stream music.
I will try and disconnect the phone from the car and this will force Echo to use phones speaker.

I would of recommended the 4K stick for £40 it has a better processor than the other, even if using with a non 4K TV the difference is night and day.

I have one already in one of the other bedrooms, so I’ll be using that one, and the new one can go into that TV for occasional use by people who stop over (when we can again).
