This must happen all the time, HR is bound to have a mechanism in place to sort it

You're clearly under a great deal of stress for all sorts of understandable reasons and have bravely admitted to anger issues here recently. I think you ought to get some help from your GP before all this takes its toll and you either get ill or blow up and do something you later regret. Counselling can be a big help in situations like these and I speak as someone who's been very dismissive of it in the past but have come to realise how valuable is through my own painful personal circumstances, albeit quite a long time ago now. You clearly don't mind seeking help here but now's the time to seek proper professional advice and pay heed to it. I'm sure everyone here wishes you good luck.

Or join a union who would sort out issues like this for you.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
I would if I knew which union to join, and it's not counselling as in counselling we think of, it's just the fancy name they give their formal warnings for not showing up to a job. I can have it removed from my file, but I would need to talk to the manager who gave me it. As I am firmly against him (he still owes me money from March, which has been escalated to area management) and will always back the other manager against him so the chances of me getting it removed are slim to none.

The counselling I was referring to has nothing to do with your employer and would be arranged via you GP and would cover all aspects of your life. Given what's going on I'd have thought it'd be the way to go before something really serious happens either to your health or as a result of anger due to all the stress you're under e.g. being dismissed or assaulting someone. Only you can decide however.

You seem to be in constant conflict with one person or another. Think you need to take time to examine why and just try to calm down a little

I've taken my sisters kids away for the week and places are charging my niece adult prices as she is over 15.
One of these is the greyhound racin something she cannot drink at or gamble at.
The law should be changed making it illegal for places to charge adult fares for under 18s

Pathetic BBC can't even get a weather forecast to work in Countryfile. These idiots really are drinking in the last chance saloon.

Just assume it's going to rain, you'll be right most of the time.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
You really have to laugh and feel sorry at people who can only criticize you especially when they need you far more than you need them, and they wonder why their grandsons don't visit. Apparently I spend too much and I should get my dog put down since he is now getting old and has needed to go the vets a few times this year. He even had the nerve to say that I don't need to put flowers on my Mum's grave every week honestly it took me all my time to not say and what be like you and my sister and have my Mother's grave look forgotten and bare so instead I replied Dad it is helping me grieve. Honestly I really dislike him atm still love him just finding it really hard to understand him tbh
Trust me my Dad is walking on very thin ice atm I'm afraid to say and I thought what a low blow even for him commenting on the flowers I buy weekly to place on my Mum's grave.

Maybe it's too painful for them to go to the grave weenie? But yes, what a low blow. At least he had the guts to do the low blow to your face, unlike some people I know.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates part 8
Mark he say's so much if I told you it would make you squirm honestly I have told a few people who I totally trust with what is going on and they are disgusted at him, hubby said he is just a bully always has been and now my Mum is no longer here he just let's rip on me. Unfortunately for me his words hurt and my mood swings are causing my hubby whip lash one minute I'm up and the next I'm down and in tears.
He said 6 things to me today
I should get my dog put down (no way why because I love him)
Why is hubby getting my wedding ring made (don't know ask him)
Why did I need such a big car (hubby picked it so ask him)
Why did we waste our money in sending our son to China (to give him a experience of a life time)
Why do I need to place flowers on my Mum's grave (because I love my Mum and still do)
I lie down to my illness (no I do not)
I have gave my answers on here yet I can't say these to him.
Trust me Mark he constantly brings me down and I have had to stop hubby going over I wish I could get angry but I just get upset. It has got to the stage that when he phones I dread picking up the phone as I know my good day has ended.
