Only available to Tivo & V6, I've no idea if this is standard with PPV events, or is this indicative of MPEG4?

Surprised it is not available on VHD non recording boxes, don't they run Tivo platform on them?

Thanks Ben!
So TiVo is the way to go if you want access to new or improved content e.g V6 for 4k content or I presume now HD SKY Box office is available from now on to all Tivo customers only!
For the record is HD streamed in Mpeg4 now on Tivo and Legacy boxes on Mpeg2?

Re: HD box office
Yes, to get any improvements then you need TiVo or V6. There are no developments for a V / V HD or V+ HD box.
Currently all broadcast HD is still MPEG2, however this due to change once all SA V+ HD boxes have been swapped out or removed from the TV service.
Sky Cinema On Demand HD is MPEG4 - which is one of the reasons why it's on TiVo / V6 only.

If only that content was actually there rather than the handful of options available.

Re: HD box office
One quick question. Obviously I've ordered the fight and I know it will play on any of my tivos but would anyone know if it will play on 2 at the same time??

Re: HD box office
Yes, any event ordered can be viewed on all compatible boxes in your home.
So for SD events that's V boxes as as well as TiVo system boxes.
For HD events that's any boxes running the TiVo system.

I believe that Sky Sports HD is also MPEG4, but the standard Sky On Demand HD is MPEG2.

Should they really be doing it that way?
On Sky it is charged per box.
