Whey i try to open the exe File my computer shows the circle and then nothing
So it doenst work on my computer..
What a pitty..

Have you tried with elevated administrator privileges and disabling UAC?

BTW, a webcam normally uses the same capture stream as a tv tuner outputs..

Why? That won't help you will it.
To be honest I don't think people are too bothered as it's not really a piece of software people would use day in, day out.
I think people have better stuff to do at the moment like preparing for Christmas and playing in the snow!
Also - we are here to help if we can - best efforts etc. Nobody is "paid" to help you with your issue regardless of how many posts you post about it.
