Netgear WGR614V9 (NON VM) Problem

Ive switched from my Zyxel P320w because i was unable to turn off my wireless for some reason and i have bought a Netgear WGR614V9.

Problem i have ive noticed a definate drop in download speeds, where i was getting 2.3mb most of the time with the Zyxel, im not lucky to be achieving 900k with the netgear.

Ive run speedtests and so on and they r between 11mb - 19mb where as before almost all the time i was getting 19.7mb.

The firmware is the latest also.
