Beef grill steaks marinated in home made Teriyaki (Fresh crushed ginger root, garlic, sugar, soy sauces, Mirin and rice wine) Oven broiled. Roasted courgettes, carrots, parsnips and sweet potatoes.

SWMBO is out with her bestie for a post-Christmas catch-up drink/meal, taking our regular table at a local restaurant.
So, in the interest of balance I’ve cooked myself a 14oz ribeye steak, chips, mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, being washed down with a Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
