200M T3 time outs causing modem reset

Hello
Not a major issue, but thought I'd see what you think... Every so often (sometimes every few days or once a week) after a series of T3 time outs our modem resets the connection. Mostly we notice this when our Sonos cuts out for a minute or so.

VM support fobbed me off saying that the modem needs to get a new IP every so often... Reluctant to push them too much as I don't want it to get worse

As I say, definitely not a big issue but is it something that can be fixed?

You can see in the stats below that there have been a few time outs.

post up your downstream too and network log minus MAC addresses.

Hello. Just out of interest, we have had less drop outs recently but still loads of T3 time outs/DHCP drop outs. Have VM changed the threshold of this causing a modem reset for example? See below, there have been 34 T3 time outs but it has stayed online...which is good for now :-)
