Free helpline introduced for those behind in a TV series.

Freeview have launched a free helpline to help those behind with a TV series.

Problems caused by being behind include not being able to join in with TV conversations at the water cooler, or hearing a spoiler from somebody.

The number to call is:

0800 133 7562

Play nicely children. If you have nothing positive to contribute or on topic refrain from posting.

I'm not going to phone but i wonder how this works?

Do you speak to someone who's watched the whole lot and has an excellent memory or do they just read the synopsis for each episode over the phone?

Re: Free helpline introduced for those behind in a TV series.

It was obviously a publicity stunt, but you'd think it would have been better to do it on April Fools day or something like that.

It's a pity nobody got through; I'm intrigued as to whether they would answer any questions or if they would be taken aback that someone actually phoned
