Call of Duty:Black Ops III
Just loading this on to my PC - 6 DVD disks, 54GB, and then I am sure there will be a 5GB - 10GB patch once I have done this; estimated time (without patch) approx. 2 hours.
Anyone played it yet, and any feedback?

Re: Call of Duty:Black Ops III
Someone whose opinion I trust, and who loves shooters, reviewed it for the Xbox site I do stuff for, Britxbox.
He wasn't impressed...
I've seen mixed reviews elsewhere, along with a lot of negative user comments.
e.g. Terrible story (even by COD standards), average campaign, competent but nothing special MP.
The only saving grace from what I've read is the Zombie mode, which is actually supposed to be fun and innovative. They should really strip that out and do them standalone.

Re: Call of Duty:Black Ops III
I praised it when it was introduced, I assumed given the massively positive reputation of 3ARC that this couldn't be bad.
It's got your typical paid for reviews, don't buy into it. What more is there to say? Treyarch couldn't save a dead franchise, fanboyism aside, it's been a horrible game for years now.
I'll stick with Rainbow Six Siege this year, most fun I've had since Cod 4. I'd agree with a standalone Zombies but I feel the whole Zombie market is dying a horrible death especially after the DayZ disaster, it's a good feature to have inside the game, as a sole product however it's no match to any other generic Zombie shooter out there. Killing floor is very similar and established. It's not something I'd buy basically but it's enjoyable for what it is inside the game.

Re: Call of Duty:Black Ops III
I prefer Battlefield, as you have vehicles which makes the warfare more realistic.
