Presidents, heroes, VIPs, ordinary innocent men, women and children. It makes no difference to the deranged, damaged or just plain dangerous. The deaths will continue as the 'arms race' amongst their citizens escalates.

Also the very fact it's an amendment means things have been changed in the past and can be again, trouble is if the amount of children they're burying doesn't convince them to amend again perhaps nothing will

Personally UK should not bother covering stories like this, on papers,TV & website, but then if they did they wouldn't get readers/viewers
If they have to don't name the shooters.
