No, not even close. Wireless does not have the bandwidth to displace or replace fixed broadband and won't do anytime soon. Plus Relish is nothing new, mobile based broadband has been around for ten years.
Current gen 4G networks have a maximum capacity on the order of single digit gigabytes per month, per customer. Some places are getting close to that just from mobile usage. As has always been the case, wireless broadband is fine for light users but not for the majority of people.
