What do people get out of it [Stabbings]

We keep on hearing victims being stabbed, and some fataliy.

What l ask, is what do they get out of it. We are always hearing about crimes like this happening. Why do people do it.

Why do criminals do anything? Anger, hate, desperation, greed, envy and so the list goes on.

I tend to find it's cowards who carry and use knives. Usually they've managed to get into themselves into bother but can't fight their way out of a paper bag. Alternatively they are just totally and utterly mental, living their life in some kind of self contained reality where the consequences of their actions come of no concern to them. Pretty much anyone with anger issues, or those who struggle to contain their emotions, should not be in possession of a knife.... especially after a drink / drug fuelled bender.

Why do people..... Oh never mind a pointless question that really doesn't need a reply because no one knows why people do what they do, if we did then there would/may be a way to rewire someone's thought process to not get them thinking that way in the first pace.
Is a bit like asking why some people start pretty pointless posts or ask pointless questions, they just do!

Maybe, might have originally been if you carry a knife your more likely to get stabbed, which not only makes more sense, it's easy to see how the saying was *******ised also.
