Not true...

Does this mean it would not be a crime under British law?

The charge that he had sex with Miss W while she was asleep* would be a clear allegation of rape in this country. Legal experts consider that the third charge would directly correlate to an accusation of indecent assault in Britain.
*the fourth charge

Haters are going to hate and the slightest thing is justification for them to do so. Israel over reacts to things but in their defence they rarely start things just go way over the top in response. It has amazed me the number of people attacking Israel and it's actions but perpetual rocket firing Hama's has barely received any condemnation. Would we be that different if we had a neighbour constantly firing rockets at civilian areas I don't think so at all. If Palestinians want an end to all this then they need to either pressure Hama's to stop or vote them out at earliest opportunity.

The Palestinians voted for Hamas, not just because the PLO was corrupt but because they support the Hamas war against Israel. There are many Palestinians that really dislike Hamas but want them in power to fight Israel, as they see it as a war of independence that only Hamas will fight for properly in their eyes.

Although a world apart, it's not a lot of different to people who don't like UKIP but vote for them anyway, as they know they are the only party who will fight for their independence from the EU.

Ran into a protest for Palestine here in DC on Saturday.

The banner with a Star of David next to a swastika equating them was a nice touch.

Even more so given it was a few blocks from the Holocaust Museum.

Really helps the case and gets people on side that kind of conduct.

Perhaps it's things like working out the daily calorific intact of Gazans then halving it that make some people equate them
