Question TV settings

A Virgin engineer recently swopped old virgin box for a new one, now, the resolution n my TV is weird.

Picture and faces are OK, but any screen text is 1/2 missing, only noticed it at the weekend, for example, watching FBI files, details about the individual being interviewed appeared on the left hand side of the screen, but only 1/2 were readable.

Hope I've made sense.

I've joined here out of frustration as I tried explaining to the offshore call centre but I gave up

Re: TV settings

Try going to settings then display and make sure it's set to wide screen if you have a rectangle tv
