Land registry symbol help

Me and my neighbours have been is a dispute about who owns a fence.

I bought a copy of the title plan but I don't understand the symbol.

Now is that symbol a T or a 1?
And does anyone know what they mean?

T's designate ownership of fencing or walls I think.

Correct as Taf said the T's show the owner our the boundary fence or wall.

True but if it is on your land you can get it removed at their expense if no permission was given/granted. I'm going by Scottish Law here as I have had experience with someone putting something on land that did not belong to them that was infact my land and they were liable for costs of removal, also reinstating any damage caused to property.
