Apparently there is a hidden upgrade, Dunlop wellies, there by the sheep enclosure on the north west of the map.
Now what you do with them is down to the player but they do have more than one use

Played about an hour, the graphics and general world kinda remind me of an old tony hawk game as well as the accomplishments etc. Generally fun to play but once you're bored then that's about it.
