Ukip will do a lot better than than the BNP ever did in the general election.

We're better off without the likes of the BNP and the only reason they enjoyed what little success they achieved was because many ordinary people with concerns about mass migration etc. had no other means by which to register their opposition. The blanket intolerance shown by the mainstream parties towards such people just led to the rise of extremism. One form of intolerance often begets another.

UKIP has become a home for people who turned to the BNP as a last resort as well as those who hitherto had felt openly intimidated out of expressing their opinions.
