area been upgraded 30-60 mb. MARCH-APRIL.

That is because you were on 20mb and got a Superhub, they put you onto 60mb early when that happens. Area 24 is still pre-speed upgrade, I'm in the same area. Although I have now got 8 downstream channels, as of last Monday.

You can always ring them and ask to be upgraded. The price increase (pointed out by Ben in another thread) is not related to the speed increase. It's simply a cost hike.

Area 31 upgraded from 50 to 100. Thats Ipswich. I have VMNG 300 all OK.

I like their logic. They're doubling the speed for free but increasing their prices at the same time.

No chance - VM would never do such a thing - you know how fussy they are about avoiding any congestion.

Mine informed me I had to click "Upgrade me" which I did, and had to actually request the upgrade?
