Is RF enabled all the time? Can you get EPG on RF even when using HDMI?

Rf is disabled when using HDMI & i dont think it has menu either

Thanks everyone for your help, virgin finally sent an engr out to me today.
He re-tuned the box and said that the box was set to use scartlead cos "channel 5" frequency interfer with the virgin frequency in Norwich area, so if any virgin customer in norwich area wants to use the RF output, virgin will have to come out and retune the box to another frequency for it to work on RF. |
