His family are off too:

The family of deported radical cleric Abu Qatada have left the UK, the Home Office has said.

It said his wife and five children had dropped an application for leave to remain in the country.

They have left north-west London and are expected to join Abu Qatada in Jordan, where he was sent in July.

That'll save the taxpayer some money.

So Jordan has partly reneged on its agreement with us http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-25311471

Not a huge issue in itself but could have implications for any further deals we try to offer people who we can't deport by other means.

A 70p cartridge and a gun will sort it all out.

Quote:

Radical Muslim preacher Abu Qatada has been found not guilty of terrorism offences by a court in Jordan, over an alleged plot in 1998.
A panel of civilian judges sitting at the State Security Court in Amman cleared him of conspiracy to carry out terrorist acts.
Abu Qatada was deported from the UK in July 2013. A verdict on another alleged plot was adjourned until September.

He has to face another trial in September so unlikely plus the home office probably won't let him back in..

Its the idiots that were in power at the home office that gave him asylum that need dealing with.

But though he will soon be free, he will not be returning to London.

There was I thinking he'd never get a fair trial, be fitted up and spend years banged up and being tortured.
