Much prefer the V6 with Wish lists, Series links you can see, the EPG is too small, more memory.

I like the 360. Much more modern interface but a different experience from TiVo.

Forget thinking about it as an upgrade. It is a completely different firmware platform, so its more a migration. More like changing from Windows to Linux or Andriod to iOS. They all have their Pros & Cons.
