iPhone comes to Virgin Media in November

# 4 November 2013, 10:19 by Chris T

Virgin Media have finally ditched their long-standing refusal to offer Apple’s famous iPhone.

The company has confirmed that it will start selling the latest versions of Apple’s famous handset, the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, from 22 November.

Calls for VM to offer the iPhone have been made by Cable Forum members ever since the device was launched in 2007 and again when rival network O2 lost sole supplier status in the UK in 2009.

But the company remains coy about the terms on which it will make the phone available to its subscribers: details of its price plans and any additional perks their customers might get for their money are tightly under wraps.

Virgin Media says an announcement is coming soon™.
