ntl upgrades its customer billing system

Important information – ntl upgrades its customer billing system
Updated: 7 July 2005 ntl are making changes to their customer billing system as part of a package of customer service improvements.

  • New improved billing system to be introduced for ntl customers
  • Restricted internet service during upgrade period

If you are an existing ntl internet customer, ntl will be upgrading their billing system from 8pm on Thursday 14th July 2005 through to 2.00pm on Wednesday 20th July 2005.

This means that during this period you will be unable to:

  • change your email address
  • change your email password
  • change your internet package
  • Make other Account related changes

You will, however, still be able to send and receive emails, surf the internet and upload to your personal web space.

ntl Internet Support Call Centres

ntl’s Internet support call centres have restricted computer access while this upgrade takes place. Full service should be restored on the afternoon of Wednesday 20th July 2005.
