Sharp TV Service Menu

I recently bought a Sharp TV but need to access the 'hidden' service menu(normally via the remote) in order to modify a few settings. Anyone know how?

tried the web but the instructions i got were for other sharp models, dont work for my tv.

i think there is an 'auto-contrast' setting that i want to disable. Its driving me nuts constantly adjusting itself when the picture switches from a very light scene to a dark scene and vice-versa. I end up with this 'stepped' contrast adjustment and its annoying.
