Swapping over V+hd with v+ boxes

Hi There my 2 children have decided to swap bedrooms, one has a v+hd box and one a standard v box. I have just tried the v+ box in the other bedroom and it doesn't work. Does anyone have any advice on how to swap these boxes over successfully please.

Keep the same cards in and it's just a simple swap

Re: Swapping over V+hd with v+ boxes

Hi, thanks for answering so quick! i did try this but the v+ box wouldn't load fully or work in the new room. I am wondering if they send a different signal down for the V+hd box

Re: Swapping over V+hd with v+ boxes

If there is something like this between the cable and the box, you need to leave it on the cable rather than move it with the box. You may be stuck if that doesn't solve the problem.
