Im in ST15 I lost my connection for about 3 hours on friday morning, India said nothing wrong you need an engineer, then I noticed the outage reported in ST12, ST17 and ST18 and figured thats what was wrong.
It came back mid morning friday, then went again about the same time saturday for another 3 hours, didnt even bother calling India this time, they are a complete and utter waste of time, if one more of them calls me Mrs Andrew, thats my first name btw so obviously not a woman lol, I'll go
I went to cancel the engineer appointment booked by logging into my VM account and surprise surprise no booking made.
