Telephone Extension Points

Hi,
I recently had virgin media installed and they wired up a new telephone socket in the front room. Unfortunatly since then none of the other telephone sockets throughout the house work. Is this a fault on Virgin Medias part or can it be fixed easily?

Thanks,
Scott

Re: Telephone Extension Points

The other sockets are most likely not connected to the new [master] socket. You'll have to contact Virginmedia to see about some new extensions (at your cost).

.....Or reconnect them up yourself, bearing in mind any faults that occur that are deemed the result of the DIY extensions in the future you may be charged for an engineer callout (and they'll proably disconnect them)

Cool looks like thats the case. Could you point me in the right direction on how to DIY it?

Re: Telephone Extension Points

Could you afford to buy new cordless phone with several handsets? You would only need to use master socket then.
