Samsung SMT - 2110, Passthrough / Bypass box advice needed

Yesterday Evening I was re-fitting the Technetix BYP2100 Bypass Box back on the Samsung SMT - 2110C Set Top Box, unfortunately I damaged a pin. After contacting Virgin Media the company stated they don't supply the item anymore. Having done a quick google search, I cannot find an on-line supplier that stocks the Techtnetix box. So I wondering if anyone knows of a company that supplies the product or similar specification, as one of my relations would like to have the analogue signal back, so she can record and watch television at the same time.

If anyone could assist it would be appreciated.

Thank You

Shane

TBH even if you buy one it is likely to stop working again this year.

By the end of 2009/2010 the analogue signals across most of the VM TV network will be switched off
