Shockwave Flash

Hope this is in the correct forum, I use Google Chrome as my browser but I am having terrible trouble with Shockwave Flash continually crashing, I don't know if this is happening since I installed Windows 10, but I've never had it crash on me in the past, I only have the one plug in version of flash on the browser, (some people had two and disabling one of them solved their problem) but as I said I only have one plug in version. I have tried everything that I could find when I did a search on the net, but nothing has worked and it's driving me nuts, I've ran a full virus check with Malware Bytes, I've ran CC cleaner etc etc but it still crashes every few minutes, I'd be grateful if any of you guys could help me with this issue.

Thanks
